The HR Business Partner will provide strategic and operational HR support across the Oceania region, managing the full employee lifecycle. Key duties include overseeing payroll, compensation, benefits, and fostering a high-performance culture in collaboration with regional leaders.
Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field and 5 to 10 years of relevant HR generalist experience. Experience within a manufacturing or industrial environment is preferred.

As an HR Business Partner for Oceania, you will play a critical role in shaping and delivering the full spectrum of HR activities across the region. This is a broad and hands-on role covering compensation & benefits, talent acquisition, performance management, payroll, and employee relations. Acting as a trusted advisor to the business, you will collaborate closely with regional leaders and the wider APAC HR team to drive impactful people strategies, enhance employee experience, and enable business success across Oceania.

Microbial Control Solutions (MCS) focuses on threats posed by microorganisms to people and planet through five distinct business lines including Professional Hygiene, Home & Personal Care, Wood Protection, Paints & Coatings and Material Protection.
Nutrition, Care & Environmental (NCE), meanwhile, provides materials used to manufacture composites for electronics, aerospace and other markets, as well as vitamins and nutritional ingredients, chemicals and performance intermediates, and raw materials for a wide range of high-performance applications.
