Candidates need demonstrated shipping and leadership experience in a fast-paced distribution center and proficiency in MS Office. A high school diploma is required, while SAP experience and forklift certification are preferred.

The Team Lead will be responsible for the day to day operations of the Shipping department. Including all product initially received through the warehouse and the handling of all paperwork pertaining to that merchandise. Tracks performance and attendance for all personnel assigned to the shipping area. This position is also responsible for safety, organization and cleanliness.

Demonstrated Shipping experience in a fast paced distribution center environment

Previous experience in a fast-paced, high-volume warehouse environment
Knowledge of SAP pertaining to warehouse activities
Able to stand/walk for long periods of time
Requires ability to stand/reach/stoop/bend

Ability to work in a non-climate controlled environment
