Als Event Manager maak je deel uit van het team dat verantwoordelijk is voor het ontwikkelen en realiseren van impactvolle events voor toonaangevende merken, creators en communities. Jij helpt ideeën om te zetten in concrete plannen en zorgt ervoor dat deze succesvol worden uitgevoerd.
Je bent betrokken bij het volledige proces; van briefing, pitch en conceptontwikkeling tot productie, uitvoering en evaluatie. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met collega’s uit verschillende disciplines, waaronder Client Services, Talent Management, Productie, Project & Campagne Management. Ook onderhoud je contact met externe partners zoals leveranciers, locaties, creators en freelancers.
In deze rol krijg je veel ruimte om initiatief te nemen, verantwoordelijkheid te pakken en mee te bouwen aan events die online én offline impact maken. Je houdt overzicht, bewaakt planningen en budgetten en zorgt ervoor dat alle betrokken partijen aangehaakt blijven. Tegelijkertijd denk je mee over creatieve oplossingen, nieuwe ideeën en manieren om campagnes naar een hoger niveau te tillen.
