The Servery Staff is responsible for preparing and serving nourishing meals to residents while maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment. They must ensure a positive mealtime experience by providing attentive service and collaborating effectively with kitchen and care teams.
Candidates must possess an NDIS Worker Screening Check and demonstrate empathy when interacting with elderly residents. Previous experience in hospitality, food service, or kitchen operations is required, and a Food Handling Certificate is preferred.

As a valued Servery Staff at Anglicare Sydney, your role is to create a positive mealtime experience that supports residents’ health, dignity, and emotional wellbeing through attentive service and collaboration with kitchen and care teams.
