The Registered Nurse will provide comprehensive clinical care, including medication administration and the development of personalized care plans. They will also lead and mentor the care team while maintaining accurate clinical documentation in compliance with aged care standards.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor of Nursing qualification and current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse. Additionally, a valid First Aid Certificate and NDIS Worker Screening Check Clearance are required for this position.

Provide comprehensive clinical care, including medication administration according to personalised care plans
Develop and evaluate care plans in collaboration with our multidisciplinary team
Build trusting, genuine relationships with residents and their families while providing emotional support
Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with aged care standards and regulations
Lead and mentor care team members to promote best practices in aged care and ensure a safe, clean environment for all

Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
A Bachelor of Nursing qualification
NDIS Worker Screening Check Clearance ID
Valid First Aid Certificate
Strong clinical skills with the ability to manage complex care needs
Experience in aged care or a similar healthcare setting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
The ability to work effectively in a team and independently
