The Development Coordinator provides administrative support to the Executive Director and assists with fundraising, volunteer management, and event logistics. They are also responsible for maintaining CRM data, handling financial tasks, and managing office operations.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least three years of relevant administrative experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Canva, along with strong communication and project management skills, is required.

We are currently hiring for a Development Coordinator in our Milwaukee office! The position will provide administrative support to our Executive Director as well as our members who lead all aspects of the Heart Walk and Hard Hats with Heart campaigns.
This is a full-time position with a 37.5 hour work week and offers a hybrid schedule!
