The Personal Banking Associate assesses members' financial needs to provide appropriate product and service solutions. They are responsible for meeting sales targets, managing cash transactions, and referring high-value members to specialized staff.
Candidates should possess strong sales and service skills with the ability to handle transactional banking and basic investment situations. Proficiency in sales tools and adherence to regulatory compliance guidelines are required.
