Fachberater/-in Farben & Lacke 100% (m/w/d)
• Verantwortlich für die qualitativ hochstehende Beratung und Betreuung der zugeteilten Kundschaft
• Sicherstellung eines organischen Wachstums bei bestehender Kundschaft
• Neukundenakquisition mit massgeschneiderten Angeboten (Produkt Portfolio & Services)
• Erreichung des Umsatz- und Margenziels
• Umsetzung der Verkaufsprozesse, zum Beispiel Erstellen von Aufbauempfehlungen
• Dokumentation von Kundeninformationen (CRM)
• Feststellungen von Schadenursachen bei Reklamationen
• Pro-aktive Zusammenarbeit mit den Verkaufsberatern und den Verkaufsstellen innerhalb des Verkaufsgebietes
• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Maler/-in zwingend, Weiterbildung als Malermeister/-in oder ähnliches von Vorteil
• Fundierte theoretische und praktische Fachkenntnisse im Bereich der Farben und Lacke
• Berufserfahrung im Verkauf/Außendienst
• Verhandlungssicher in Schweizerdeutsch
• Zielstrebiges und lösungsorientiertes Handeln für Kundenanliegen
• Systematische Arbeitsweise und gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Gepflegtes Auftreten und aktives, offenes Zugehen auf andere Menschen
• Wohnort im Einsatzgebiet sowie Führerschein Klasse B
