4. 能够将复杂信息转化为清晰、实用的销售内容、培训材料和销售工具
5. 熟悉主流 AI 工具，并能在实际工作中使用 AI 提升内容生产、知识管理、信息检索、问题拆解和销售支持效率
6. 能够判断 AI 输出的准确性、适用场景和风险边界，而不是只把 AI 作为简单文案工具
7. 熟悉销售流程、销售工具或 CRM 系统，有销售自动化、知识库或 AI 工作流使用经验优先
8. 具备良好的项目管理能力，能够同时推进多个赋能项目和培训计划
