The Design Engineer creates and documents new HVAC product designs while ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Responsibilities include managing project schedules, performing engineering analyses, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve product quality and efficiency.
A Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering is required, along with over 6 years of experience, preferably in high-volume HVAC manufacturing. Candidates should possess strong knowledge of thermodynamics, heat transfer, and product development processes.

In addition, the Design Engineer supports the development and sustainment of bill of materials, drawings, specifications and prototypes using engineering analysis and judgment. The Design Engineer ensures the product meets all internal and external safety and regulatory standards.
