The Respiratory Technician is responsible for installing and maintaining medical devices at patients' homes and in hospitals. They provide patient training, monitor treatment adherence, and collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure quality care.
Candidates must have a strong understanding of respiratory principles and experience with respiratory medical devices and consumables. Proficiency in office software and the ability to handle frequent travel and on-call shifts are required.

Quelle sera votre contribution et comment vous épanouir dans ce poste ?
Le/la technicien(ne) respiratoire est chargé de :
● Connaître les règles de prise en charge de la LPPR et de la RGPD
● Installer et mettre en œuvre le matériel et les dispositifs médicaux associés au domicile du patient selon les procédures qualité et sécurité en vigueur au sein de la société, assurer la formation du patient et de son entourage au traitement, assurer le suivi de la prise en charge du patient à domicile et collecter les renseignements administratifs nécessaires à la bonne tenue du dossier administratif du patient
● Assurer un suivi régulier des patients en remontant les informations relatives à l’adhésion au traitement, à l’efficacité et aux éventuelles difficultés rencontrées via des comptes rendus aux prescripteurs et/ou aux délégués commerciaux
● Collaborer à la gestion de stock du matériel médico-technique
● Assurer les astreintes en fonction du planning fixé par le responsable hiérarchique
● Contribuer à la politique qualité, hygiène et sécurité de l’entreprise et au respect des procédures applicables

- COMPÉTENCES TECHNIQUES
● Connaître les principes de base de la respiration.
● Avoir une bonne connaissance des dispositifs médicaux respiratoires et des consommables associés et sait conseiller le patient sur leur choix
● Enseigner au patient les règles de base de l'entretien de son dispositif
médical (DM) et de ses consommables. Mettre en sécurité le patient et alerter le pharmacien si un comportement à risque est détecté.
● Analyser les données patients lors du suivi et reporter les éléments dans le compte rendu.

● Utiliser les outils informatiques bureautiques (applications métier, google suite).
● Identifier les irritants liés à son activité et remonter les points à sa ligne hiérarchique.
