Manage collateral operations, including margin calls, dispute resolution, and daily position reconciliations. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external counterparties to ensure smooth trade lifecycle support for FX, OTC derivatives, and bonds.
Requires solid experience in Treasury or Investment Operations with a strong understanding of derivatives and front-to-back trade processes. Candidates should possess a strong control mindset, analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
Manage collateral operations, including margin call processing, dispute resolution, and portfolio investigation.
Perform daily position reconciliations, identify discrepancies, and conduct root cause analysis.
Investigate and resolve trade breaks, MTM, and P&L discrepancies raised by local business units.
Handle corporate actions, including coupon claims processing and follow-ups.
Liaise with internal and external auditors, ensuring timely closure of audit queries and implementation of corrective actions.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Front Office, Risk, Finance) and external counterparties to ensure smooth operations.
Solid experience in Treasury or Investment Operations.
Strong understanding of front-to-back processes and trade lifecycle, preferably with exposure to derivatives products.
Demonstrated strong control mindset, with the ability to identify process gaps, prioritize issues, and mitigate operational risks.
Proven problem-solving and analytical skills, with strong attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, both internally and externally.
A flexible team player with the ability to adapt quickly and collaborate across functions.
Experience in project management and driving process improvements is an advantage.
