The Underwriting Specialist is responsible for analyzing underwriting operations, handling policy inquiries, and managing reconsideration applications. They also provide training to sales staff and support data analysis to ensure efficient insurance policy management.
Candidates should hold a bachelor's degree or higher, with a preference for those with a medical background. Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work under pressure are essential.

6. 依据总部核保作业规则流程，负责高峰期授权范围内核保审核作业
7. 负责营销员核保业务知识培训课程材料撰写，提供分公司所在地市营销员核保问题的日常答疑，以及营销员核保业务知识常规培训，及时反馈培训效果与改进建议
8. 支持配合相关核保数据汇总及分析工作

1. 本科或以上学历；医学专业为佳
