The Chief Baker leads bakery operations, overseeing production planning, menu development, and quality assurance to ensure high standards of craftsmanship. They also provide leadership and coaching to the bakery team while maintaining food safety and cost efficiency.
Candidates must have at least 5 years of progressive experience in bakery operations, preferably in a luxury hospitality setting. A diploma or degree in Culinary Arts or a related discipline is preferred, along with strong leadership and technical skills.
