L’ibis Styles Paris CDG Airport recherche un(e) Assistant Chef de Réception tournant(e) en CDI de 35H/semaine
En qualité d’assistant(-e) chef de réception, vous êtes garant(e) de la satisfaction client et de la réalisation des objectifs de votre service. Vous collaborez directement avec le chef de réception. Vous aimez votre métier, vous le faites savoir aux clients et vous transmettez cette passion à votre équipe au quotidien.
Vos missions principales :
- Encadrer l’équipe pour assurer un accueil personnalisé
- Fidéliser les collaborateurs et les clients grâce au projet de service et au programme de fidélité
- Accompagner votre équipe pour anticiper les besoins des clients et trouver des solutions rapidement
- Faire vivre les projets et les points d’identité de la marque du Groupe et de l’établissement
- Gérer les réclamations clients et les litiges lorsque ceux-ci ne peuvent être gérés par les collaborateurs et y apporter rapidement une solution
- Assurer le suivi et les réponses aux commentaires clients qui incombent au service de la réception
- Développer la motivation et l'adhésion de votre équipe en créant un bon climat de travail
- Intégrer, animer, motiver, former et favoriser le développement des compétences de vos collaborateurs
- Appliquer et respecter la législation du travail et les procédures internes du service
- Appliquer et s'assurer de l'application des règles de sécurité de l’hôtel (incendie...)
- Veiller au respect des procédures en matière de facturation et d’encaissement ainsi qu’à la bonne gestion des caisses du service
- Contribuer à la réalisation des objectifs quantitatifs et qualitatifs de votre service
- Préparer des effets Whaouuu (sparkles) selon les préférences clients
