The Duty Manager supports the Front Office Manager in overseeing daily hotel operations to ensure guest comfort and exceptional service standards. They are responsible for leading the team, handling guest feedback professionally, and implementing strategies to improve productivity and morale.
Candidates must have at least two years of experience in a Front Office or supervisory role within a hotel environment. A valid RSA certificate is required, and proficiency in Opera software is considered desirable.
