Denn der Umgang bei uns ist freundschaftlich und familiär, vor, während und nach der Arbeit.
• Du übernimmst die Gesamtverantwortung und Gewährleistung der gesamten technischen Infrastruktur des Hotels (Gebäude-, Betriebs-, Sicherheits-, Klima-, Energie- und Veranstaltungstechnik)
• Du führst und entwickelst dein 3-köpfiges Techniker-Team, inklusive Dienstplanung, Durchführung von Mitarbeitergesprächen, sowie die Förderung der individuellen Stärken und Kompetenzen
• Du bist im jährlichen Budgetierungsprozess eingebunden und bist für die Planung und Umsetzung von Wartungs-, Instandhaltungs- und Investitionsmaßnahmen zuständig
• Du pflegst eine enge Zusammenarbeit mit unseren externen Dienstleistern und Wartungsfirmen. Du organisierst rechtzeitig Reparatur- und Wartungstermine und arbeitest Hand in Hand mit unserer Sicherheitsfachkraft und sorgst somit für ein sicheres Umfeld für Kolleginnen und Gäste
• Du stellst sicher, dass alle gesetzlichen Vorgaben und Sicherheitsstandards eingehalten werden und kümmerst dich um Dokumentationen und Prüfunterlagen
• Gemeinsam mit deinem Techniker-Team sorgst du dafür, dass alle Geräte im Haus zu jeder Zeit funktionieren und falls nicht, schnell Abhilfe geschaffen wird
• Als gelernter Techniker behältst du den Überblick, wenn ein Projekt das nächste jagt und Heizung und WLAN zum selben Zeitpunkt ausfallen
• Du hast eine abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung, idealerweise im Bereich der Gebäudetechnik und bereits mehrjährige Berufserfahrung. Du bringst vorzugsweise Erfahrung aus der Hotellerie oder einem vergleichbaren dienstleistungsorientierten Umfeld mit
• Du bringst fundierte Fachkenntnisse in den Bereichen Heizungs-, Lüftungs- und Klimatechnik (HLK), Elektroanlagen, Brandschutz sowie Sanitärtechnik mit
• Als kommunikativer und offener Charakter hast du Freude daran, nicht nur hinter den Kulissen zu schrauben, sondern auch in Kontakt mit unseren Gästen zu sein
• Du bist IT-affin und sicher im Umgang mit den Microsoft-Office-Programmen, insbesondere Excel, Word und Outlook
• Im Sinne unserer Nachhaltigkeitsstrategie und ESG-Zielen bringst du aktiv neue Ideen ein
• Du bringst nicht nur dein Können mit, sondern auch deinen Charakter
