Votre rôle : En tant que réceptionnaire de nuit, vous serez le visage de notre hôtel pendant les heures du soir et de la nuit. Vous devrez offrir un service exceptionnel à nos client·e·s tout en veillant à la sécurité et au bon fonctionnement de l'établissement.
Principales responsabilités : - Accueillir les client·e·s arrivant de nuit et gérer les arrivées tardives et les départs tôt le matin avec efficacité et chaleur - Traiter la facturation, les paiements et l'attribution des chambres tout en respectant les protocoles de précision et de sécurité - Offrir un service personnalisé aux client·e·s et répondre aux demandes ou préoccupations qui surviennent pendant les opérations de nuit - Mettre en place et préparer le buffet du petit-déjeuner pour le service du matin
Votre expérience et vos compétences incluent :
Qualité de service essentielle : une expérience similaire est un plus
Maîtrise du logiciel Opera
Maîtrise de l'Anglais
La pratique d'autres langues est un plus.
