Maintain and operate building mechanical, HVAC, and environmental systems to ensure safe and efficient performance. Perform routine inspections, minor repairs across multiple trades, and respond to operational work orders to support the guest experience.
Requires a minimum of 5 years of maintenance experience in large commercial buildings and proficiency in multiple trades. A valid Canadian driver's license is required, and a Building Operator or Maintenance Technician certification is considered an asset.

As a Maintenance Person at Fairmont Banff Springs, you will play a key role in ensuring the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of building systems while supporting an exceptional guest experience. Your versatility, responsiveness, and attention to detail will contribute to maintaining the highest standards of a luxury property.
Starting Rate: $31.09 per hour based on experience & certifications, this rate increases to $32.02 on September 1st, 2026.
Reporting to the Lead Hand Maintenance, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
