Ben jij een gepassioneerde en ervaren professional die samen met de general manager het kloppende hart van ons hotel wil vormen? Wij zijn op zoek naar een Deputy Manager/ operations manager die, in nauwe samenwerking met het front office team, streeft naar een warm en onvergetelijk verblijf voor onze gasten. Als Deputy Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het soepel verlopen van de dagelijkse operationele gang van zaken.
- Dagelijkse organisatie en coördinatie van werkzaamheden
- Efficiënte personeelsplanning maken en controleren
- Beheer en controle van reserveringen
- Controle van commissies en facturen
- Organisatie en begeleiding van meetings met verschillende teams
- Actieve deelname aan shifts volgens de behoeften van het hotel
- Behandelen van speciale verzoeken van gasten
- Beantwoorden van reviews
- Tussentijdse evaluaties en functioneringsgesprekken voeren
- Selectieproces van nieuwe medewerkers, inclusief het bekijken van cv's en het houden van eerste sollicitatierondes
- Opvolging van betalingen van facturen
- Controle van kassa-inkomsten
- Opleiding van nieuwe medewerkers en coaching van bestaand personeel
- Dagelijkse prijsopvolging
- Implementeren van nieuwe procedures voor voortdurende verbetering
- Fungeren als back-up voor de general manager
