Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by actively monitoring and investigating issues across various components of essential business systems. The position demands continuous engagement with complex environments to maintain system reliability and support business continuity through timely resolution of technical challenges.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to streamline issue resolution and improve system performance.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical capabilities and problem-solving skills.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment on support priorities and system updates.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in DevOps.
- Strong knowledge of continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.
- Experience with infrastructure automation and configuration management tools.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in cloud-based environments.
- Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools to ensure system health and performance.
- Understanding of scripting languages to automate routine tasks and improve operational efficiency.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in DevOps.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
