The professional collaborates closely with clients, building trusted advisor relationships to understand their needs and guide the implementation of technology-driven business transformations. The day is dynamic, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on involvement to ensure impactful and forward-thinking delivery outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of innovative delivery methodologies to enhance project outcomes.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to foster continuous learning and growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment of technology solutions with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation.
- Strong understanding of compensation management processes and their integration within enterprise systems.
- Experience in designing and implementing compensation modules tailored to diverse organizational needs.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Excellent communication skills to engage with stakeholders at various levels and drive consensus.
- Capability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to compensation configurations and workflows.

Additional Information:
