Afin de renforcer les activités de notre équipe Data & AI au sein d’Accenture Song, nous recherchons un/une alternant(e) avec une forte appétence pour la l’IA en particulier l’IA Agentique, l’expérience client, la transformation du marketing, du commerce, de la relation client et l’innovation, en particulier les usages concrets de l’intelligence artificielle au service de la performance et de l’engagement client.
Au sein de notre équipe, vous serez amené(e) à participer à des projets et mission client avec ces objectifs :
Un alternant Data & AI fait pleinement partie d’une équipe qui étudie comment les nouvelles technologies et l’intelligence artificielle accompagnent la transformation de la fonction client et comment mettre concrètement les recommandations en pratique, par l’exploitation et la valorisation des données :
Il participe à la définition des besoins (cas d’usage) et à leur priorisation en fonction du business case
Il participe à la collecte, à la préparation et à l’analyse de données simples.
Il contribue à la création de tableaux de bord et de rapports pour aider à la prise de décision.
Il découvre les bases de l’intelligence artificielle et de l’analyse de données appliquées à des cas concrets.
Il prend part au développement ou au test de solutions data ou IA encadré par des experts.
Il collabore avec différents interlocuteurs (data, IT, métiers).
Il apprend les bonnes pratiques de qualité, sécurité et gouvernance des données.
Il documente ses travaux et partage ses résultats de façon claire.
Il développe ses compétences techniques et analytiques au fil des projets.
Il monte progressivement en autonomie au sein d’un environnement professionnel structuré.
Il vous sera également demandé de :
Participer à des réponses aux appels d’offres et rédiger des points de vue
Contribuer au développement de nos partenariats avec les éditeurs : Google, Amazon, Microsoft, Anthropic, Open AI, SalesForce, Adobe, DataBricks, Snowflake, etc…
Assurer une veille active sur les innovations, les évolutions des solutions du marché et les tendances émergentes des technologies

Vous en cours d’études dans une école d'ingénieur, une université ou une école de commerce niveau bac + 5, avec obligatoirement un double cursus data technique + business
Vous êtes intéressé(e) par l’expérience client et la transformation de la relation client
Vous avez développé de très bonnes compétences analytiques, une capacité à appréhender rapidement des questions complexes, faites preuve de créativité dans la recherche de solutions
Vous avez un excellent relationnel, avez démontré de très bonnes capacités d'adaptation et de communication et avez goût pour le développement de la relation clients
Vous parlez couramment le français et l’anglais et avez une excellente expression écrite dans ces deux langues
