In particolare, nell’area Data & AI accompagnerai i clienti nell’applicazione dell’Intelligenza Artificiale ai processi di Supply Chain Planning, contribuendo alla trasformazione delle attività di demand planning, inventory management, S&OP e supply chain optimization attraverso dati, analytics e tecnologie avanzate.
Cerchiamo una figura di Consultant con esperienza in Supply Chain Planning, Demand Planning o Supply Chain Transformation, interessata a supportare programmi di innovazione e trasformazione basati su dati e Intelligenza Artificiale.
Supportare l'identificazione e la definizione di casi d'uso AI applicati ai processi di Supply Chain Planning, Demand Planning e Inventory Management
Tradurre esigenze di business e processi di pianificazione in requisiti funzionali per soluzioni basate su AI, analytics e automazione
Contribuire alla definizione di modelli dati, KPI e framework decisionali a supporto delle iniziative di pianificazione intelligente
Collaborare all'implementazione di soluzioni di demand forecasting, inventory optimization e supply chain analytics
Supportare la definizione di regole, controlli e linee guida per l'utilizzo dell'AI nei processi di pianificazione e decision-making
Lavorare con stakeholder di business, data, technology e supply chain per favorire l'adozione di soluzioni innovative e scalabili

La retribuzione prevista in Accenture viene definita sulla base di molteplici elementi di valutazione, tra cui – ad esempio - il ruolo ricoperto, il livello di seniority, il grado di responsabilità, le competenze professionali e l’esperienza maturata. Per la presente posizione, è prevista l’applicazione del CCNL Metalmeccanico, con uno tra i seguenti livelli inquadramento e corrispondente fascia di retribuzione annua lorda:

B3: € 36.906 e € 65.800
Circa 3-5 anni di esperienza in Supply Chain Planning, Demand Planning, S&OP, IBP o Supply Chain Transformation
Conoscenza dei principali processi di pianificazione della domanda, gestione delle scorte e pianificazione della supply chain
Interesse o esperienza nell'applicazione di dati, analytics e Intelligenza Artificiale ai processi di pianificazione
Capacità di tradurre esigenze di business in requisiti funzionali e collaborare con stakeholder business e IT
Familiarità con KPI e processi di performance management della supply chain
Esperienza con piattaforme di planning quali SAP IBP, SAP APO, Kinaxis, Oracle Supply Chain Planning o soluzioni equivalenti
Conoscenza di processi S&OP, Integrated Business Planning o Supply Planning
Familiarità con demand forecasting, inventory optimization e supply chain analytics
Esperienza in programmi di supply chain transformation o digital planning transformation
