Desenhar e desenvolver plataformas escaláveis, com atuação cross-domain e visão global;
Evoluir e otimizar a arquitetura das plataformas, considerando complexidades de negócio e experiência do usuário;
Definir e gerenciar o roadmap de produto da plataforma, garantindo alinhamento com a estratégia da organização;
Traduzir necessidades de negócio em requisitos técnicos claros e estruturados;
Atuar em parceria com times multifuncionais para evoluir continuamente funcionalidades e capacidades das plataformas;
Liderar o planejamento e a execução da entrega de soluções de software;
Atuar na liderança de projetos complexos e na coordenação de equipes multidisciplinares;
Colaborar com engenheiros de aplicação na implementação e evolução da arquitetura de plataforma.
Sólida experiência em Arquitetura de Tecnologia, com atuação estratégica na definição e evolução de soluções;
Expertise em desenvolvimento de aplicações customizadas, com visão end-to-end de arquitetura e entrega;
Experiência consolidada (mínimo de 12 anos) em posições relevantes na área;
Domínio avançado de Python, aplicado ao desenvolvimento de soluções robustas e escaláveis;
Formação superior em áreas correlatas à tecnologia.
Vivência relevante em Serviços Financeiros, com exposição a contextos de atendimento ao cliente (Customer Service) e produtos de crédito/financiamento automotivo (Auto Loans);
Capacidade de atuar em ambientes regulados e de alta complexidade operacional.
Experiência avançada na utilização de frameworks de arquitetura;
Sólida atuação em Arquitetura de Aplicações e desenho de soluções;
Expertise em design arquitetural, com foco em escalabilidade e performance;
Conhecimento em integração de sistemas, com visão de ecossistema tecnológico;
Cloud: AWS Developer ou Solutions Architect (Associate), Azure AZ-204 ou GCP Professional Cloud Developer;
Kubernetes: KCNA (com diferencial para CKA ou CKAD);
Segurança: Security+ ou (ISC)² Certified in Cybersecurity (CC);
Operações em Cloud: AZ-104 (Azure Administrator) ou AWS SysOps Administrator – Associate;
ITSM: ITIL Foundation.
