Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications that align with specific business processes and application requirements. This role requires continuous engagement with evolving project needs, ensuring that software solutions are tailored effectively to support organizational goals. The position demands a proactive approach to understanding complex workflows and translating them into functional, reliable software components, while maintaining a focus on quality and performance throughout the development lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project objectives and timely delivery of software components.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Spring Boot, Amazon Web Services (AWS), Java, MySQL.
- Strong knowledge of application architecture and design patterns related to Spring Boot development.
- Experience in developing scalable and maintainable backend services using Java frameworks.
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and deployment practices, particularly within Amazon Web Services environments.
- Ability to design and optimize relational database schemas and write efficient queries using MySQL.
- Competence in troubleshooting, debugging, and performance tuning of enterprise applications.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Spring Boot.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
