Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by proactively monitoring and investigating issues across various critical business systems. The position demands continuous vigilance and collaboration to maintain system reliability and support business operations effectively throughout the day.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to improve system reliability and operational efficiency through innovative approaches.
- Mentor and support junior team members to enhance their skills and performance.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Site Reliability Engineering.
- Strong knowledge of system monitoring, incident management, and root cause analysis.
- Experience with automation tools and scripting to streamline operational tasks.
- Ability to design and implement scalable and resilient infrastructure solutions.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and their operational best practices.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills across distributed systems and complex environments.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
