Summary:
As a Solution Enablement Practitioner, a typical day involves supporting Solution Architects throughout the development, design, and approval stages of various solutions. This role requires applying standardized processes to tailor solutions that align with service scopes, delivery locations, and associated costs. The position focuses on enhancing efficiency and maintaining consistency in both response development and operational support, ensuring that solutions are well-structured and effectively managed across different projects and teams.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment on solution objectives and delivery timelines.
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to address any deviations from planned outcomes.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance overall team capability.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Snowflake Data Warehouse.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Python (Programming Language), PySpark, Data Build Tool.
- Strong knowledge of data warehousing concepts and cloud-based data storage solutions.
- Ability to optimize data workflows and manage large-scale data integration tasks.
- Experience in designing scalable and secure data architectures.
- Familiarity with performance tuning and query optimization within data warehouse environments.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Snowflake Data Warehouse.
- This position is based at our BDC7A - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
