Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, your day involves creating tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications. You engage in collaborative environments that emphasize agile methodologies, ensuring that the solutions you develop are scalable and perform efficiently. Your work supports specific business requirements, contributing to the overall enhancement of technology platforms and user experiences through innovative approaches and continuous improvement.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
- Maintain and optimize existing software components to improve performance and reliability.
- Document development processes, code changes, and system configurations to support knowledge sharing.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- Experience in developing reusable components and integrating them within complex applications.
- Strong understanding of front-end technologies including JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development workflows.
- Ability to troubleshoot and debug issues effectively to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A Min 15 years of full time education is required.
