As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by actively monitoring and investigating issues across various components of essential business systems. The position demands continuous engagement with system performance and user feedback to maintain service reliability and support business continuity through timely resolution of technical challenges.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and support of software components.
- Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.
- Assist in the implementation of process improvements to enhance system stability and performance.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Red Hat OS Administration.
- Experience with system monitoring and incident management tools related to Red Hat environments.
- Strong understanding of Linux-based operating system architecture and command-line utilities.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to system performance, security, and configuration.
- Familiarity with scripting languages to automate routine tasks and improve operational efficiency.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Red Hat OS Administration.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
