Lead the creation of a new Campaign Engine product to enable self-service campaign management for Retail Media Partners. This includes building and managing a cross-functional development team and translating business goals into scalable technical solutions.
Requires 7-10 years of Product Management experience with at least 2 years in team leadership within a software environment. Candidates should have a background in AdTech, Retail Media, or e-commerce and be proficient in agile methodologies.

The Campaign Engine is a completely new product. Its mission is to enable self-service campaign management for Retail Media Partners, giving them direct access to AY's unique loyalty frameworks: Missions & Coupons.
This creates a compelling opportunity for partners to drive customer acquisition and incremental engagement within AY's existing customer base.
