Lead the wholesale distribution strategy and execution team in Thailand to grow sustainable AUM across bank, insurance, and securities channels. Establish and maintain strong relationships with fund distribution partners while providing product strategies and investment solutions.
The candidate must be able to articulate wholesale strategies and conduct detailed competitor analysis to generate client communications. Strong presentation skills and the ability to collaborate across functions to deliver client outcomes are essential.

This breadth gives us close proximity to the companies we own and the markets we invest in. Our APAC operations have been based in Singapore since 1992. We invest in Asian companies to grow with them and to help them to become better investors.
Job Description
Overall wholesales business, initiating strategies and lead the execution team covering Thailand intermediary markets to grow sustainable AUM across the franchises. Wholesale business is one of a key revenue generating across Bank, Insurance and Securities companies with high growth potential in Thai market amid higher demand of investment products as well as the significant growth of local high net worth & retail individuals.

Compliance - Adhere to rules and regulations set through aberdeen policies and procedures as well as the respective market regulators.
Collaboration - Have client outcomes at the forefront of what we do. In order to achieve this every employee needs to collaborate seamlessly across functions, locations and ranks for the benefit of our clients
Control & Supervision - Ensure proper supervision of direct reports via regular meetings / updates. Actively participate in the RCSA process to detect control deficiencies and assess effectiveness of control environment.
