The consultant will lead the full lifecycle of SAP SuccessFactors implementation, from data gathering and design to post-implementation support. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams and business users to solve complex business problems and integrate HCM requirements.
Candidates must have at least 5 years of hands-on SAP SuccessFactors consulting experience and be certified in a relevant module. Proficiency in business analysis, technical solution design, and the ability to work full-time onsite in Singapore are required.
