The Project Manager will lead AML business process enhancement and system implementation initiatives while coordinating cross-functional teams and external vendors. They are responsible for managing project plans, budgets, risks, and stakeholder engagement to ensure successful delivery aligned with regulatory standards.
Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree and possess at least 8 years of project management experience, with a minimum of 5 years specifically in AML and compliance within the financial sector. Strong leadership skills and proficiency in banking systems and project management methodologies are essential for this role.
