The Senior Technology Project Manager will lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise technology programs, including infrastructure, security, and application development. They are responsible for defining project plans, managing cross-functional dependencies, and providing executive-level status updates to stakeholders.
Candidates must have extensive experience managing complex technical programs in enterprise environments and a proven ability to influence without authority. Proficiency in project management methodologies, RAID management, and executive communication is required, with professional certifications like PMP or CSM considered a plus.
As a Senior Technology Project Manager, you will be responsible for partnering with the Office of the CTO to execute large, enterprise-wide programs and provide delivery leadership across multiple concurrent initiatives in an agile environment at our Costa Mesa, CA office. You will own outcomes end-to-end—driving alignment across teams that don’t report to you, surfacing tradeoffs, and ensuring executive stakeholders have the clarity they need to make decisions.

The starting pay range for this position is:
$120,500.00 - $160,800.00Additionally, for full time positions, you will be eligible to participate in our incentive program based upon the achievement of organization, team and personal performance.
