About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Appointment Setter to support our growing sales team by generating qualified meetings with prospective business clients. In this role, you will conduct outbound outreach, engage decision-makers, qualify leads, and schedule appointments that contribute to business growth.

The ideal candidate is a confident communicator with experience in B2B appointment setting or lead generation, thrives in a fast-paced sales environment, and is comfortable working with performance goals.

Role Summary

As an Appointment Setter, you will play a key role in driving the sales pipeline by connecting with potential clients, identifying business opportunities, and coordinating meetings for the sales team. Success in this position requires excellent communication skills, persistence, professionalism, and the ability to build rapport with prospects over the phone, email, and other outreach channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls, emails, and other outreach activities to generate qualified appointments.
• Identify and engage prospective B2B clients through various lead generation strategies.
• Qualify prospects based on established criteria and business needs.
• Schedule meetings between qualified prospects and the sales team.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of outreach activities in the CRM.
• Follow up with prospects to nurture interest and maximize appointment conversion.
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly appointment-setting targets.
• Collaborate with the sales team to improve outreach strategies and campaign effectiveness.
• Maintain professionalism and represent the company positively in every client interaction.

Qualifications

• At least 1–2 years of experience in appointment setting, lead generation, telemarketing, or outbound sales.
• Previous B2B sales or appointment-setting experience is highly preferred.
• Experience in the staffing, recruitment, or outsourcing industry is an advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and handle objections effectively.
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working with sales targets and KPIs.
• Experience using CRM systems and sales engagement tools is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple leads and follow-up activities.
• Willing to work on a Night Shift schedule.
