You will deliver high-quality personal and small group training sessions while building and retaining a strong client base through consultative selling. Additionally, you will design personalized fitness programs and provide ongoing support to help members achieve their health and wellness goals.
Candidates must hold a high school diploma or GED, a current CPR/AED certification, and a nationally recognized Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) certification or a related degree. Strong communication skills, a sales mindset, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds are also required.
