The coach is responsible for delivering high-quality, safe, and motivating group exercise sessions to members of varying fitness levels. They must also provide exceptional customer service, maintain equipment, and actively recruit new members to their classes.
Candidates must hold a current approved group exercise primary certification and possess a high school diploma or GED. Previous experience in group exercise instruction is preferred, along with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
