The Personal Banker is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing financial transactions, and managing cash operations. They must also actively engage in sales, cross-selling bank products, and meeting monthly account production goals.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent and the ability to communicate fluently in both Spanish and English. Previous experience in a retail or customer service environment is preferred, along with the ability to work a flexible schedule.
