The Personal Banker is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing financial transactions, and managing cash operations. They must also actively promote and cross-sell bank products to meet monthly production goals.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and be at least 18 years old. The role requires the ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and the capacity to perform physical tasks like standing for long periods.
