The personal banker is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing financial transactions, and managing cash operations. They must also actively engage in sales, cross-selling bank products, and meeting monthly account production goals.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent and the ability to communicate professionally in both English and Spanish. Applicants should be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and must pass a background investigation.
