Dogwood Technology Associates LLC · Full-time
As a founder of Dogwood Technology Associates, I sourced and signed nearly half a million dollars in contracts, developed and executed on technology strategies for venture backed startup clients, and managed a team of engineers, sales representatives, designers, contractors, and legal support. As a hands-on leader, I oversaw engineering, product management, design, delivery, customer success, and sales efforts to ensure seamless project execution and overall client satisfaction. Our contracts included a wide span of technologies from full stack mobile/web applications to consumer goods inventory systems. During the company’s operation, I focused on business development to scale operations and build a sales pipeline, resulting in substantial revenue growth for the company. Additionally, I successfully managed a sales team and collaborated with our team of contract engineers to ensure that we were delivering on client needs while maintaining a high level of technical excellence. I am proud to have been part of building this company during and after college to see our associate alumni continue to succeed at high-growth tech firms.
