The Founders Associate (Operations) is a full-time, long-term role with real ownership from day one, positioned as an early, defining hire at a high-growth startup. The role spans operations, go-to-market, and product, owning high-priority projects and building scalable systems and processes the company can rely on as it grows. They work directly with the founders across product, operations, and GTM, driving cross-functional projects that span product operations, GTM, and company building, and taking full ownership of important internal processes. They run core workflows hands-on, continuously identifying opportunities to improve, automate, and professionalize them, while leading hiring operations, team coordination, GTM execution, and other business-critical functions. They also support investor relations, fundraising, and strategic communications, shape go-to-market initiatives with enterprise customers and partners, and build the operational foundation that will support bayshore's next phase of growth, in Munich on-site starting ASAP as a full-time employee.
