About this role
The Founder's Associate Intern / Working Student role in Berlin (hybrid possible) sits with a small founding team backed by procurement domain expertise and technical venture-building experience, building the GTM engine for growth with enterprise customers you’d recognize. About 80% of time is spent on outbound outreach, including researching target accounts, writing emails to procurement leaders at industrial manufacturers, running LinkedIn sequences, following up, and tracking everything in the CRM, then doing it again, better. The candidate will learn enterprise sales from the inside by working directly with the CEO, observing how customer conversations are run and what makes a procurement leader at a €2B manufacturer respond to a cold email, with real pipeline opportunities such as meetings with a CPO at a DAX-listed manufacturer. They will shape the playbook, not just execute it, by testing messaging, industry signals, and subject lines, running experiments, tracking results, and ensuring the playbook is used by future GTM hires, while gaining full context from strategy discussions, investor conversations, product demos, and other startup learning. The role also involves running outbound at scale, enriching and maintaining the CRM, preparing tailored sales materials for booked meetings, and taking on ad hoc tasks like event prep, market analysis, or investor deck updates, recognizing that the job description is a starting point, not a boundary.
