The role is a Founders’ Associate / Chief of Staff that offers a front-row seat to building a company, working directly with the founders across sales, operations, and strategic topics. Its core focus is helping to build and scale the sales engine, especially at the very top of the funnel, while owning high-impact cross-functional initiatives. This is not a pure support role; the candidate acts as an operator, builder, and force multiplier, responsible for pipeline generation, outbound execution, ICP and messaging refinement, and creating materials that raise conversion. They will be close to the prospect, join discovery calls to extract insights, support founder operations, investor updates, and manage special projects, while contributing to marketing and partnerships and owning execution end-to-end. The role requires an owner mindset—structured, fast-moving, comfortable with ambiguity, and able to switch between strategic thinking and hands-on delivery—working with the Revenue, Product, and Engineering teams (e.g., Angelo, Franz, Jaakko) in a Munich-based, on-site position with activity in Nuremberg.
