The receptionist is responsible for scheduling patient appointments, managing daily patient goals, and providing excellent customer service. They will also handle administrative tasks such as verifying dental benefits, processing insurance claims, and maintaining patient records.
Candidates must have at least one year of recent work experience and previous receptionist experience. Proficiency in Dentrix or Eaglesoft is preferred, and bilingual skills in Spanish are considered a significant plus.
