The technician will perform general maintenance and repairs across a portfolio of 45 buildings, including painting, patching, and equipment upkeep. They are also responsible for conducting preventative maintenance, responding to tenant requests, and handling after-hours emergencies.
Candidates must have at least one year of experience as a maintenance technician or building engineer and possess knowledge of commercial office building systems. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, along with the ability to work independently and participate in an on-call rotation.
