The Sales Associate guides customers through the vehicle purchase process by responding to online and phone leads and facilitating an in-store experience. They are responsible for negotiating terms, closing deals, and ensuring customer satisfaction both before and after the purchase.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver's license with a safe driving record. Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service, strong communication skills, and a desire to work with technology are required.
With your outstanding communication and listening skills, you’ll help our customers select their perfect vehicle, negotiate terms to ensure that payment options meet their lifestyles, budgets, and expectations and close the deal. Our e-Commerce Sales Associates provide an exceptional customer experience both before and after purchase, driving loyalty by following up to ensure customer satisfaction and helping transition customers to the Service department to support their ownership experience.
