The Field Administrative Assistant provides clerical and project-based support to a remote project team. Key duties include managing timekeeping, processing new hire paperwork, and maintaining electronic and hard copy filing systems.
A high school diploma or GED is required, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Experience in an office setting or a Union environment and a valid California Driver's License are preferred.

SUMMARY: The Field Administrative Assistant is responsible for assisting the project team on a specific remote job with coordinating data, paperwork, timekeeping and to provide administrative support to the team through clerical and project based work.

PAY TRANSPARENCY:
The starting salary for this opportunity range is listed. Other rewards may include annual bonus eligibility based on company and individual performance, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards.
