Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential heating and cooling systems while providing homeowners with honest recommendations. Perform preventative maintenance and installations according to manufacturer specifications and safety standards.
Requires at least 2 years of residential HVAC service experience, a high school diploma or GED, and a valid driver's license. EPA and NATE certifications are preferred.

As an HVAC Service Technician, you'll diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential heating and cooling systems while providing homeowners with honest recommendations and an outstanding customer experience. PAY TRANSPARENCY:
The starting salary for this opportunity range is listed. Other rewards may include annual bonus eligibility, which is based on company and individual performance, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. Baker provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO).
