Buscamos Analista de Sistemas Integrados II para atuar no time do FIT Sorocaba.
Reportando-se ao Diretor de TI, a função de Analista de Sistemas Integrados II envolve:
Implementar e configurar o Litmus Edge nas unidades fabris, conectando PLCs, sistemas SCADA e historiadores de dados aos sistemas corporativos por meio de protocolos industriais padrão.
Projetar estruturas de Unified Namespace (UNS) alinhadas ao padrão ISA-95, tornando os dados do chão de fábrica utilizáveis em nível corporativo.
Integrar o Litmus com sistemas empresariais (ERP/MES) como SAP, Oracle e Baan, além de plataformas em nuvem como Azure, AWS e Snowflake.
Prestar suporte às plantas após a implementação: solucionar problemas de integração, manter configurações e desenvolver o conhecimento dos engenheiros locais.
Produzir documentação de integração, procedimentos operacionais (SOPs) e guias de configuração para que outras equipes possam seguir os processos.
Realizar outras atividades correlatas e/ou inerentes aos procedimentos do seu processo de trabalho.
Ensino Superior Completo em Ciência da Computação ou Processamento de Dados ou Sistemas de Informação ou Engenharia da Computação ou Análise de Sistemas ou outras áreas de Informática ou Tecnologia da Informação.
Entre 4 e 7 anos de experiência prática em automação industrial, integração IT/OT ou implantação de plataformas IIoT em ambientes de manufatura.
Conhecimento dos protocolos industriais: OPC UA/DA, MQTT, Modbus, Profinet ou Ethernet/IP.
Experiência na integração de sistemas OT (PLCs, SCADA, DCS e historiadores de dados) com camadas de TI ou nuvem.
Familiaridade com os conceitos de ISA-95, arquitetura da Indústria 4.0 e computação de borda (edge computing).
Experiência na entrega de pelo menos um projeto de IIoT ou integração Edge de ponta a ponta, desde a definição do escopo até a entrada em produção em ambiente de manufatura.
Vivência prática com entendimento dos desafios comuns de implementação e operação dessas soluções.
Capacidade de comunicar conceitos e soluções técnicas de forma clara para diferentes públicos, desde gestores de planta até especialistas em arquitetura de nuvem.
Inglês Avançado.
Desejável:
Experiência direta com Litmus Edge, Ignition, Kepware, ThingWorx, AVEVA ou plataformas IIoT/Edge semelhantes.
Conhecimento em Python, Node-RED ou SQL para transformação de dados e desenvolvimento de pipelines.
Noções de cibersegurança OT e da norma ISA/IEC 62443.
Experiência com serviços IoT em nuvem ou bancos de dados de séries temporais, como InfluxDB ou OSIsoft PI.
